    Ideally, the shoot is scheduled when your property looks its best visually (natural light, service in action, lively atmosphere), while avoiding peak times that could disrupt your team and guests. Together, we define the most suitable time slots (morning, evening service, weekdays, etc.) based on your operations and priorities.

    After an initial conversation to understand your needs (rooms, restaurant, spa, breakfast, signature dishes, etc.), the shoot is scheduled over a half day, full day or several days depending on the scope of the project. The shoot takes place throughout your spaces while respecting your operational constraints (service, staff, guests) and the key moments of the day (morning light, evening service, etc.), with a discreet presence so as not to disturb the guest experience. The goal is to create elegant images that align with your positioning and are ready to use across all your channels.

    Yes, Sachka Studio travels throughout France and internationally. Travel expenses (transportation, accommodation if necessary) are added to the quote transparently, based on the location and duration of the assignment.

    Each package includes, by default, a non‑exclusive 3‑year commercial usage license, worldwide, for your establishment’s communication (website, organic social media, print materials and booking platforms). Optionally, this license can be extended to a perpetual one and/or upgraded with specific rights for paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, outdoor displays, etc.).
